Jean worked in the Travel industry for 35 years and her work was recognised by being accepted as a Member of the Institute of Travel & Tourism. Jean ran a golf holiday department within a travel agency and regularly organised and took golf groups abroad.
However she is now first and foremost a Golf Travel Writer and as a member of the Golf Travel Writers Association is recognised as one of the world's leading golf travel writers brought together by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators.
Having originally set out as Travel Editor for 'Lady Golfer' she is now a regular contributor to Golfer North-West and North Wales and from time to time covers events on the Ladies European Golf Tour.
She is one of the originators of WGTB Golf Competitions
