Smith Continues The Chase LEIGH Golf Club’s hard-working green staff saw their labours rewarded as the course stood the test of some heavy rain and provided a good challenge for another strong Alliance field. Swinton Park’s David Smith continued from last week in his chase of professional Order of Merit leader Graham Cox from Davenport with a fine return of 36 points seeing him home by a point from Didsbury’s Danny Wardrop and Hart Common’s Steve Parry. |
